Meanwhile, to be more specific, always put the dates on a specific week that you're monitoring. This way, you'll know which week you've had enough number of sleep (or you've been sleep-deprived).
This sleep tracker can be reprinted as many times as you want, depending on how frequent you have to track your sleeping hours. And since it comes in PDF format, you can resize it however you like so it can fit your binder, notebook, or bullet journal.
